INSTRUCTIONS​
​PART 1: Set up a free Canva Account

Go to https://www.canva.com.
-
Click the “Sign up” button in the top right corner.

Choose how to sign up:

Use your email address,
-
Or sign up with Google, Apple, or Facebook.

Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
-
Once you're in, you’ll be taken to your Canva dashboard.

​PART 2: Click on the image and it will send you to your Canva account

Open the template
-
Upload your photo
-
In the left-hand toolbar, click “Uploads.”

Click the “Upload Files” button to upload your image (or drag and drop it into Canva).
3. Add your photo to the canvas

Drag your uploaded photo from the Uploads tab into the canvas.

Resize and position it where you want it to show behind the transparent part of the PNG frame.
4. Move your photo behind the frame

Click on the photo to select it.

Then either:
-
Right-click the photo and select “Send to Back”, OR
-
Use the top toolbar → click “Position” → “Backward” or “To Back” until it's behind the frame.

5. Adjust Sizing & Positioning
-
Resize the photo so the subject is visible through the frame cutout.

If needed, resize or move the PNG frame to better fit your photo.
